Added txAdmin-style server status presentation with AOP, peacetime state, join access, and richer status media.
Scheduled AOP management
Added AOP scheduling with title, preset, start time, duration, notes, and automatic patrol-role notifications when the selected AOP begins.
Role request workflow
Added a button/modal role-request workflow with staff approval or denial and automatic role assignment after approval.
TrapProtection
Added protected-channel enforcement intended to automatically ban users who trigger protected-channel traps, including thread handling.
Chain of command embeds
Added structured chain-of-command embeds for department leadership information.
