Added structured community feedback/review delivery with Discord logging plus duplicate and retry protection.
LARC role requests
Added LARC roles to the Role Request bot.
LAFD role requests
Added LAFD placeholder roles to the Role Request bot.

Ticket-bot activity and status
Updated the ticket bot with a more polished activity/status system.
Support knowledge routing
Expanded ticket-bot support knowledge so members can be directed to the correct official THRP resources.
